Why do we see the moving object in horizontal direction of a screen bending askew when i-PRO cameras shoot fast-moving objects or they perform panning/tilting operations?

Due to the characteristic of CMOS image sensor of i-PRO camera, the moving object in horizontal direction may be looked bending askew.
The vision can be improved by the following method.
1. Capture a image at a distance from the moving object.
2. Increase the shutter speed of i-PRO cameras.
