What kind of methods should I wire the camera in order not to be affected by noise from outside?

  • Network Cameras
  • Installation/Configuration

If a strong electric field or a magnetic field is near a wire of the camera, it can cause noise disturbance on camera. As a workaround, increase the distance between wires or to put wires into a metal pipe.

The followings generates a strong electric field and a magnetic field.

 ・120 V (for U.S. and Canada) or 220 V - 240 V (for Europe and other countries)
or higher voltage power line (lamp line) than those.
 ・Transformers and motors
・Strong electric wave generated from a TV or radio antenna

Conduct the power distribution work to keep a distance more than 1 meter (3.28 feet) between wirings.

Be sure to conduct the joint part of the metal pipe and connect it to the ground when the conduit works with the metal pipe is carried out.
