I cannot perform pan/tilt operations with the i-PRO Mobile APP. What should I do?

The control panel displayed in the i-PRO Mobile APP differs between PTZ cameras and integrated housing/box cameras.
Some integrated Bullet / Box camera models support zoom and focus operations, and for these models, the control panel for PTZ cameras will be displayed.
However, since these cameras do not have pan/tilt functionality, pan/tilt operations cannot be performed even if the pan/tilt buttons are displayed.
