Does WV-ASM300 support newer NVIDIA P2000 graphic board than NVIDIA P1000?

No, NVIDIA P2000 is not supported. NVIDIA T1000, the successor to NVIDIA P1000, is supported.
The NVIDIA P2000 is a graphic board in the same family as the NVIDIA P1000, but it has not been tested and is not guaranteed to work. We recommend the successor model, NVIDIA T1000.

In addition, using 1 graphic board is sufficient. Even if you uses 2 graphic board, no performance improvement is expected and it is not recommended.
