Confirm that "ActiveX Filtering" is disabled on the Tools menu of Internet Explorer 11 browser.

When the Tools menu is not displayed on the browser, press the Alt key to display the menu bar. Then click Tools and confirm that "ActiveX Filtering" is not ticked on the drop-down menu.

 

To display setup windows properly on the Internet Explorer 11 browser, both of the following configurations are required: (1) ActiveX Filtering is disabled and (2) "Network Camera View 4S” (ActiveX) viewer software is installed.

The following issues might occur even through ActiveX Filtering is disabled:

・Setup window is not displayed properly
・Some operations on the setup window does not work
・Pop-up setting windows do not open


In this case, install "Network Camera View 4S” (ActiveX) viewer software.

Note:

It may take some time to display the wizard instructions of that installation.

 

For cameras with the [Viewer software] button on the [Live] page, click this button and you can install it.
