Why does the i-PRO Mobile App show the message "Connection error. Please check IP address and port number"?

• Check the IP address and the port number for the Recorder/ Camera/ Camera(Multi-directional)/ Encoder/ Camera(ONVIF) on the "Device Registration" page.
• Check the HTTPS port number or HTTPS connection setting of the device, if SSL communication is set to "On" or "On(Video & Setting data)".
