WV-ASM300 cannot be started when the Windows OS of the PC is updated to Windows 10 (Ex. from 21-H1 to 21-H2.) or to Windows 11.

This is caused by an incomplete update of Windows OS, so please reinstall WV-ASM300 after reinstalling Windows OS.

Enter “System” in the Windows search window and check the System information screen.

 

If the message "Cannot collect Information" is displayed on the System Information screen, the information necessary for starting WV-ASM300 cannot be obtained from Windows OS, and WV-ASM300 cannot start.

 

 After reinstalling WindowsOS, please reinstall WV-ASM300.
