Case 1.The image data has not been received.

　Cause1 :
　The bandwidth lacks in the network communication.

　Countermeasure 1 :
　1. Facilitate identification of a part where the bandwidth lacks through communication network.
　2. Reduce the value of image quality or frame rate if you use recording conditions of the camera.
　3. Check the performance of Hub.

　Cause 2 :
　Compression methods do not match between cameras and recorder under both of following conditions :
　– When [ Connection method ] is “RTSP” or “Internet mode”
　– When [ Compression ] of recorder is “H.265” and [ Stream encoding format ] of camera is “H.264”

　Countermeasure 2 :
　Use the same compression method between cameras and recorder.
　[ Procedure in recorder ]
　1. Click [ System management ] tab on the setup menu - the “Advanced setup” menu - the Maintenance” page
　2. Click [ View >] button in “Other”
　3. Click [ Execute ] button at “Synchronize the camera’s time with this unit”

Case 2.Video recording is failed due to HDD failure

　Cause :
　Failure due to worn-out HDDs.

　Countermeasures :
　Check errors in HDDs.
　If you see “Write error” or “SMART warning” in the error log, you could need to replace your HDDs.
　For HDD replacement, contact your dealer.
