What should I do if Vaxtor Ext Soft is unable to detect license plates?

Problem Description

Vaxtor Plugin does not pick up license plates when license plates are visible within the camera’s live view. This can happen due to the pixel heights and distance from the camera’s setup position.

1. Enable Debug log to find out what pixels the license plates are being picked up.
2. Lower pixel height within Vaxtor Plugin’s settings. Lowest is 14 px. Default is 18 px.
3. Normal range should be from 18px to 21px when camera’s height and distance is proper.
