Why can I view video via the Internet but not on my local network when using the i-PRO Mobile App?

If you cannot view video when connected to your local network, please check the following:

  - Ensure the correct IP address has been entered on the device registration screen in the i-PRO Mobile APP.
  - For local network connections, you must register the camera's local IP address (e.g., an address starting with "192").
  - For iPhone/iPad devices (iOS 14 or later), the i-PRO Mobile APP requires permission to access the local network.Please ensure this permission has been granted in your device settings.
