A hard disk drive (HDD) is a consumable goods and when it is used at 25 degrees Celsius, the below phenomenon may occur.
- Over 20000-hour operation : Write error is occurred
- Over 30000-hour operation : HDD failure is occurred due to the deterioration of a head and a motor

To secure the data, we recommend as below:
- Replace an HDD before an HDD reaches 18000-hour operation
- Maintain the ambient temperature at about 25 degrees Celsius

*Please note that this is our estimation replacement period (reference value) and we do not guarantee the lifetime of the HDDs.

HDD hour meter warning will notify you of reaching 20000-hour operation by default.
Contact your dealer when an HDD error occurs or you want to buy / replace HDDs.
