1. Four services as below need to run all times.

　・ASDB Services
　・ASM300 Alarm Services
　・ASM300 Auto Delete Service
　・ASM300ServiceManager

[ How to check the service is "Running" ]

　1. Select [ Start ] - [ Control Panel ] - [ System and Security ] - [ Administrative Tool ] and click [ Service ].
　2. Check if the status of "ASM300ServiceManager" is "Running".
　　If it is not "Running", double-click on this item and click "Start" button in the property window.
　　*This operation makes the other services above "Running" automatically after ASM300 is started.
　　*If the other services above is not "Running" even though "ASM300ServiceManager" is "Running",

　　click "Start" button at each property screen.

2. Two services below is changed in accordance with the state of the service by switching On or Off in the setting screen. Check the value of each setting.

　・ASM300 HDD SMART Info Service
　・ASM300 Time Line Service

[ How to check the service is "Running" ]

– ASM300 HDD SMART Info Service

　1. Select [ System ] - [ Recorder HDD analysis information acquisition ]
　2. If "Recorder HDD analysis information acquisition" is "ON", the service is "Running".

– ASM300 Time Line Service

　1. Select [ System ] - [ Time line ]
　2. If "Timeline display" is "ON" and "Timeline database" is "Master", the service is "Running".
