Is there a way to change an angle of view when the camera is mounted on the wall?

No, there is mechanically no way to adjust an angle of view.
However, in Panorama mode and in Double Panorama mode you can adjust the display position.
[ Position adjust ] on “Image / Position” page.
Panorama mode : Using “up” or “down” button.
Double Panorama mode: Using “up” or “down” or “right” or “left” button.
