I cannot play back the recorded video from the network disk recorder on the i-PRO Mobile app. What should I do?

Data recorded in MJPEG format cannot be played back on the i-PRO Mobile APP.
Please set the compression method of the recording on your Network Disk Recorder to H.264 or H.265.
Also, please check if “Search/Playback” is not turned off in the user level setting of your Network Disk Recorder User ID.
