How do I update/downgrade a mercury controller firmware from the AC Server Manager?

Without having to navigate to the controller’s web Interface, the controller can be updated/downgraded from the AC Server Manager’s “Update Controller Firmware” menu
1. From the AC Server computer right-click on the AC Server Manager Icon in the Windows System Tray and click on Open AC Server Manager
2. Click on System Tools
3. Log into the Server Manager with an account with Admin Privileges
4. Click Upgrade Controller Firmware
5. Select the Controller you want to flash in the drop-down menu
6. Browse to the Firmware file location (C:\Program Files\Monitor Cast\MonitorCast Manager\firmware)
7. Click OK to start the upgrade
8. The upgrade will be performed and you will be notified when the update is complete
Monitorcast Version 3.0.5 and higher now requires Mercury Controller Hardware Firmware to be at version 1.17.x or higher to function with Monitorcast.
