Aero PTZ ‐ White LED, Glass Heater, Wiper, and Washer Control

Scenario: This page describes how to control the unique features of the Aero PTZ from Milestone Smart Client.
This feature is supported from DP13.6a onwards.
1. Milestone settings
1-1. After registering the camera, launch Smart Client. Click [Setup] in the upper-right corner.
1-2. In Smart Client, under [Setup] mode, first select a device from the [System Overview] menu and drag it into one of the views.
1-3. Next, select [PTZ] from the [Overlay Button] menu. Refer to the table below, then drag and drop the required Aux button into the view.
The functions of White LED On/Off, Glass Heater On/Off, Wiper On/Off, and Washer On are associated with the following Milestone AUX.
Since the "Washer" automatically stops, there is no assignment for the off button.

1-4. Aux Buttons can be renamed to correspond to functionality. Right-click on the button and select "Edit" to modify it.
1-5. Click the [Setup] button to complete the configuration. When you hover the cursor over the live screen, the created button will be displayed and become available for use.
