Step1
People counting
Select the people counting function to "On".

 

When the [people counting] is turned on, the [AI] button will appear
on the playback control panel of the operation screen.

 

 

 

 

Step2
Click the [AI] button on the playback control panel. 
→ The people count panel will appear.

 

 

 

Step3
Camera Selection
Click the [Select] button to select a camera.

  Note:
  Only cameras with the AI appication for AI People Counting
  function installed will be selected.

 

Step4
Aggregation Period
Select the aggregation period: Today, This week, This month,
or Custom.

Custom: Select any period between [Start] and [End].

 

Step5
Click the [Update] button.

 

 

 

 

"Display total people" is set to "On", the total people will be
calculated based on the specified conditions and displayed
on the screen.

  • Corrected an issue where video playback in browsers and Remote Monitorintg occasionally displayed degraded image quality.🅲

New Features / Improvements 

  • Support the noise filtering function to remove noise during audio playback. [More details(*1)]
  • Support  multicast connection for ONVIF connected cameras. Added a [Communication method for ONVIF connection] setting to the [Advanced setup] tab in [Camera].
  • Added a [Auto exit from setup screen] setting to the [Advanced setup] tab in [Security].
    *If no operations are performed on the setup screen for a certain period of time, the setting window will automatically close.
  • Added a [Web browser] to the [Advanced setup] tab in [Security] to enable or disable access via web browser.
  • Added a [The camera with ONVIF connection is not detected] checkbox to the [Advanced setup] tab in [Camera].
  • Added the following settings for time adjustment using I/O terminal: 
    - "Time adjustment I/O" to the [General purpose I/O terminal setting] in the [System management] under [Maintenanc]. 
    - [Auto time adjustment] setting to the [Date & time settings] tab in [Data/Language].
      *[General purpose I/O terminal setting] needs to be "Time adjustment I/O" first to use this function.
  • Improved the [Auto data delete] in [Maintenance] by adding a menu to select from "1~999" days.
  • Added item of "6 h","12 h" and "24 h" to the [Display interval] setting in thumbnail search.
  • Support restricting the execution authority of  [Reset all settings], [Restoration of the setting values], and [Load data (from USB medium)] to administrators only.
  • Added item of "30 min", "45 min" and "60 min" to the [Event recording duration] setting under the [Event recording] in the [Recording setup] tab of [REC & event].

*1 Voice noise suppression

Remove noise during audio playback on the NVR without additional system.​

ON/OFF can be switched during playback of recordings.​

[How to ] Check the “Voice noise suppression” and playback.
​[Available data] Audio data recorded on NVR above. ​
[Supported sound] AAC-LC (G.711 is not supported)​
[Output ] HDMI audio output only.​

​[Notice]  -Live sound data is not supported.​
-The technology is designed to extract speech that appears to be       spoken, ​but there is no guarantee that only noise will be removed.
-Other sounds may also be removed​.
-Noise may remain depending on the volume and type of noise.​

 

 

 

Resolved Issues 

Corrected the following issues including other minor issue:

  • Corrected an issue where Default gateway value did not change automatically on the [Maintenance] window even after PC port was set from "Auto (DHCP)" to "Static" successfully. 🅲
  • Corrected an issue where the recorder might not start showing “STARTING UP” on rare occasion. 🅲
    Occurrence condition: Turn off and on the recorder repeatedly.
  • Corrected an issue where copying recorded images did not start. 🅲
    Occurrence condition: 
    - Access the recorder over HTTPS with web browser.
    - Version 1.20 and 1.30
