・Choose "regional" not "multi-regional" in most instances. Contact Customer Care if you are using "multi-regional" for previous installations.

3. Navigate to the Devices pane and either [All Devices] or [Video].
Click the + button in the top right corner above the devices list.
Select [Add Device].
4. Select [Cloud] for the camera connection type.
5. Enter the MAC address of the camera you want to register in standard format.
Where to find the MAC address :
- On the carton box
- On the rear side of the camera
- In the camera web interface when locally connected
Select a Site and Location and click [ADD].
6. After registering the camera, refresh the browser and verify that the camera appears in the [All Devices] or [Video] list.
Note:
In the registration process, your camera might not immediately appear in the devices list.
This process may take up to 2 minutes.
When the device is added to the list, recording automatically starts with the default settings (1920×1080, 10 fps).
7. Click the target device to view the live video stream.
3.3 Camera Settings
1. Configure settings from [SETTINGS].
・Basic Settings
You can change your camera's name, along with its recording resolution and frame rate.

Important note:
・Do not change streaming settings on the camera browser.
・Maximum of 5 sessions via camera browser while connected to the cloud.
・Do not remove the SD memory card after the camera is claimed in your Arcules Portal.
Removing the SD memory card while recording risks corrupted data and lost recordings.
・Do not change the password of the c2cadmin user account. This will break your device's connection to your Arcules Portal.
