1-1. Check the support status of the camera's firmware version for Milestone XProtect on the following page:

1-2. Download the camera firmware from the [Firmware/Software] section for each product on the following page:

2. Updating Camera Firmware

Use the downloaded firmware to update the cameras.
For cameras with the same firmware version, you can update multiple cameras simultaneously.

2-1. Open the Management Client.
Select [Maintenance] - [Update hardware firmware...].

 

2-2. Select "i-PRO/Panasonic" as the manufacturer.

 

2-3. After the list of cameras is displayed, select the cameras you want to update.

Note:
Select only the cameras to be updated with the specified firmware in the next step.

Click "Next".

 

2-4. Select the appropriate firmware.
Click "Next".

 

2-5. Click "Update".
When a confirmation message appears, click "Yes".

 

2-6. The update process will begin.

 

2-7. When the process is complete, the "Status" will display "Success".
Click "Close".
