CrossLink

Last updated: May 2025

Scenario: This page provides an overview of CrossLink and explains the configuration steps required to use it.
In CrossLink, there are two ways to display a browser in Luxriot EVO Monitor.
One is by displaying it within a View in Luxriot EVO Monitor, and the other is by displaying it in a dedicated tab.

 1. Display the NVR's browser in the View of Luxriot EVO Monitor
    2. Display the NVR's browser in a separate tab in Luxriot EVO Monitor

What is CrossLink:
Allow other device’s websites to be displayed and operated within Luxriot EVO Monitor.
As for i-PRO NVR integration, CrossLink function enables the followings.

  • Playback video recorded on the NVR using NVR’s browser.
  • Changing all NVR’s setting just like accessing NVR’s browser.

However, due to security reason, CrossLink function has following limitations.

  • Jump to another website is not allowed.
  • Copy and Paste function is not allowed.
  • Uploading file is not allowed.
  • Right-click menu is not allowed.
  • Pop-up window and display of new tab may be restricted.

Prerequisites
A license is required to use the CrossLink.
For details about the license, please refer to the Luxriot EVO Administration Guide.

1. Display the NVR's browser in the View of Luxriot EVO Monitor

1. In the EVO Management Console, click [Configuration] > [CrossLinks], then click the [+ New CrossLink] button.

2. Enter the name and NVR IP address, click [Apply], and then click [OK].

3. When you launch Luxriot EVO Monitor, click the target channel from the tree on the left, or drag it into the View area.
