Several months ago, we announced the i-PRO Endurance 7-Year Camera Warranty. This comes with no strings attached or subscriptions to be fulfilled. The decision was based partially on the fact that our cameras have a failure rate of less than 1%. This is how we were able to extend the warranty. However, the primary reason was based on you, the voice of the customer. 

We are proud and honored to have our cameras installed in schools throughout the nation. Many districts are challenged in securing funds for new technology, and i-PRO offers them peace of mind, standing behind our product to minimize the risk of an unforeseen expense. We have also heard from many of those tasked with protecting critical infrastructure express appreciation for the extended support. 

It is incredible to think how many students graduated during the duration of a deployment of i-PRO cameras and technology. When a box says i-PRO, you know what's inside is high quality. It is what a company does “outside the box” that shows their commitment to the customer.
