2.Camera Settings

2.1Connect the camera to the Internet

Set up the camera so that it can connect to the Internet. The network to which the camera is connected must be able to access the Internet. Please complete the network configuration in advance so that you can connect to the Internet.
Start iCT and complete the camera search.

Right-click on the camera you wish to configure from the list of cameras in iCT.

Click on [To accesss the target device via Web browser] from the submenu.

Click on the icon in the upper right corner.

Click on the [Detailed setting] tab.

Click the [Camera detailed setting] icon.

Click [Network] > [Network].

Set the IP address according to the network you are using.

Set the IP address according to the network you are using.

Click the [Set] button.
- The IP address of the camera may change when the network settings are changed; if the IP address is changed, perform this procedure starting from (1) and open the camera's browser again.

2.2Register the camera to Remote Monitoring

Complete the Remote Monitoring account registration in advance. Please prepare your registered Remote Monitoring e-mail address and password.

Click [Network] > [Remote Monitoring].

Set the camera to register with Remote Monitoring. Set as follows.
[Remote Monitoring function] : Enable
[Set recommended values] : checked
　
Remote Monitoring function
[Enable] : Connects to Remote Monitoring.
[Disable] : Do not connect to Remote Monitoring.

Set recommended values
Checked : Set recommended values to use Remorte Monitoring. See xx for the setting values to be changed.
No check : Set only the required settings to use Remorte Monitoring. See xxxx for the values to be changed.

Note: If you check [Set recommended values], the camera resolution, frame rate, and other settings are automatically changed for Remote Monitoring. Normally, check is required. If you do not want to change the resolution, frame rate, and other settings automatically, such as when changing the password, do not check the check box.

Enter the email address and password you registered for Remote Monitoring.

Click the [Set] button.
Click [OK] on the alert to open the pop-up screen. Please wait a moment with the pop-up window open. When registration is complete, [Registered (License is allocated)] will appear in the [Remote Monitoring registration status]. The camera is now registered with Remote Monitoring.
If you want to change the password or perform the registration process again, check [Disable] in [Remote Monitoring function] and click the [Set] button to cancel the registration. After that, follow the xxx procedure from the beginning.
If the pop-up screen does not open, please use the following method to open the pop-up screen.

Click the icon that appears in the address bar of your browser.

Click the link. A pop-up screen will appear.

Check this radio button to change browser settings to open pop-up screens.

Click the [Done] button.
Please synchronize your PC and camera with the NTP server. Otherwise, video distribution from the recorder and video display on the PC will not be possible.
