The flow to operation is as follows.

Check the compatible model and software version in the following URL.

2.2Install the product

Download the product and install it on your camera according to the following procedures.

Start iCT and click on "Ext. Software Management" in the menu on the left side.

(2)

Click on "App. Installation/Update".

(3)

Click on "Download".

(4)

Click on "Confirm".

(5)

Check the box for the extension software to be downloaded. For this procedure, select only “AI Congestion Detection."

(6)

Click on "Start."

The extension software will be downloaded to the following location on the PC where iCT is installed: “Desktop > i-PRO Configuration Tool > #ExtSoftWare.”

2.2.2Install this product

Check the [Remaining ROM] [Remaining RAM]. If you are running out of space, uninstall another installed extension software. For the uninstallation procedure, refer to the operation manual and settings of the camera.

Start iCT and click on "Ext. Software Management" in the menu on the left side.

Click on "App. Installation/Update".

(3)

Check the cameras for which you want to install the extension software from the device list.

(4)

Select ”Installation."

(5)

Select "AI Occupancy Detection" from the " Extension Software" pull-down menu.

Enter the folder specified in Section 2.2.1　Download this product

For multi-sensor cameras, select the camera number to install the extension software. For other types of cameras, no selection is required.

Click on ”Confirm.”

Proceed with the installation according to the iCT guide. The 'AI Congestion Detection' extension software will be installed.

・Do not turn off the camera during installation.

・Do not perform any operation during installation until the installation is completed.
