Troubleshooting: Compatibility Issue between i-PRO Active Guard and Genetec Security Center 5.13.1/5.13.2

Scenario:
This page explains how to troubleshoot when Genetec Security Center cannot be registered with i-PRO Active Guard.
Phenomenon:
The registration of Genetec Security Center to i-PRO Active Guard fails because the AI event cannot be registered automatically. A popup message [Invalid response] is displayed.
Occurrence Condition:
Genetec Security Center 5.13.1/5.13.2 is newly registered to i-PRO Active Guard.
After the registration error, the value [11019] for [Loitering(i-PRO)] does not exist.
1. Workaround
Manually add [Loitering(i-PRO)] to Events.
1. Open [Config Tool] > [System] > [General settings] > [Events].
2. Click the [+] button.
3. Set the following parameters and click [Save].
- Name: Loitering(i-PRO)
- Entity type: Camera
- Value: 11019
4. Click [Apply].
5. Register Genetec Security Center again from the VMS registration screen of i-PRO Active Guard.
