Important information about pop-up blocker on Internet Explorer 11 in Windows 10

Last update: February, 2019

There is a function to confirm "OK" etc. before completion by displaying the following alert screen for setting screen to alert the customer.
On Internet Explorer 11 in Windows 10, you may see a message as follow;

☐ Don’t let this page create more messages

In this case, please click either “OK” or "Cancel" button without putting a check in the checkbox. Otherwise (if you put a check in the check box and click “OK” button), it will NOT be able to set any devices accompanying the alert screen on the device setting screen from the next time on.

Here is the way to remove it for correction when you put a check-mark by mistake;
1. Select “Pop-up Blocker” on Internet Explorer's "Tools" menu.
2. Select “Pop-up Blocker settings”.

3. Delete the URL (or IP address) of the corresponding camera, then click the “Remove”button.

Note: The checkbox in the alert screen, will NOT be displayed if you disable
“☐ Show Notification bar when a pop-up is blocked”.
