BB / BL Series (Model No.BB- / KX-)

NOTE :

This document shows the verification information with Internet Explorer 11 on Windows 8.1(32bit/ 64bit) and Windows 7 (32bit/ 64bit)
We have no future plan to test other models which are not listed on this document (Discontinued models / End of sales models).

* This result is based on our factory test, so depend on your PC, OS update, etc, phenomenon may different.
* The expected support date is plan at Feb 2014. Thank you for your understanding if changed the support date.

Applicable OS Edition

• Windows 8.1 :All editions except RT edition. (Some models are supported only on limited edition)
• Windows 7 : All editions except Starter. (Some models are supported only on limited edition)

User Interface

Windows 8.1 : Work only on "Classic UI design". Cannot work on "Modern UI design".

Pre configuration

- Add the IP-address to "Add this website" in " Compatibility View Settings"
If you do not set as Compatibility View Setting, layout of screen image may be broken.

Procedure : Start Internet Explorer 11→[Tools], click [Compatibility View settings],add the IP-address in [ Add this website] colomn

NOTE :

1. If plug in software cannot be installed, disable [SmartScreen Filter].

Procedure : Start Internet Explorer 11→[Tools], click "SmartScreen Filter", select "Turn off SmartScreen Filter..."
And then select the [Turn off SmartScteen Filter]

2. If plug in software cannot be installed or images are not appeared, disable "ActiveX Filtering"

Procedure : Start Internet Explorer 11→[Tools], take  off "ActiveX Filtering"

3. The following function might not work.

• Audio function
• Save/Print function at snap shot. ( can not find archived JPEG file on Internet explorer)
• Download JPEG from SD memory card function

3. When uploading firmware, file name cannot be typed.

Click "Browse..."button →choose file on "Choose File to Upload"

* This restriction came from specification change since Internet Explorer 8.

Supplimentary note

*1.The result is based on Internet Explore 11 (32bit), and Internet Explorer 11 (64bit) is not applicable.

*2.If you try to playback MPEG-4 from Temporaly file, you'll have to input ID/Password, then playback starts.

*3. Verified OS are Windows 8 and Windows 8 PRO.
