Announcement of i-PRO's new business execution structure
Strengthening corporate governance and aiming for further global growth
Tokyo, Japan, April 1, 2025 – i-PRO Co., Ltd., a global leader in professional security and public safety solutions, announced we have reorganized a new business execution structure. Going forward, the company operates a matrix organization. CxOs and Senior Vice Presidents will drive strategies across the group, and the head of each group company will manage his/her regional business.
Under this new structure, we will strengthen our corporate governance and aim for further global growth.
