Working toward security and safety in an enjoyable society that creates smiles

In October 2019, we became independent from Panasonic to establish the Image Sensing Business.
The word "i-PRO" in the company name implies that we are professionals who are firmly committed to provide imaging, intelligence, and integration.

Recently, the damage from serious crimes and natural disasters has grown and countermeasures for
greater safety and security on a global scale are in demand.
A "society that creates smiles" requires sensing solutions that won't permit even the slightest anxieties to prevail.
We will achieve this with high levels of imaging and analyzing technologies.

Our Brand

We strive to capture moments of underlying truth to better support the decisions of those professionals who protect and save lives, providing a safer and more peaceful world.

We have taken on this challenge to develop technological solutions that extend human senses with innovations that inform and protect, even in the most challenging environments.

We envision a future where it’s possible to prevent unfortunate events. A future striking unmet medical conditions to improve the lives of millions of people.

We will be a trusted partner, focusing on the needs of our partners and customers to help create a safer and more peaceful world.

Work at i-PRO

Pursue possibilities

i-PRO became independent from Panasonic in October 2019. We have been working to transform its business to achieve dramatic growth, under a newly formulated mid-term strategy.

Together with us, our colleagues create i-PRO and deliver new value to society, and we are working together to solve our customers' problems.

At i-PRO, we expect each employee to make an impact as a professional. To that end, i-PRO supports the professional growth of our employees.

Diversity & Inclusion Policy

i-PRO believes that the diversity each and every employee has is the source of fundamental value creation.

Our management team aims to create a mature organization in which each of our diverse employees act independently while working towards the same goal and direction.

We believe that an organization in which everyone’s diversity is fully utilized maximizes the organization's potential for innovation and also enables more reliable decision-making with fewer blind spots.

i-PRO openly collaborates with various players and vendors around the world to deliver products and services to markets worldwide. For us, fostering an organizational culture that understands, embraces, and leverages geographic cultural diversity is a management priority.

i-PRO has also been successful in accelerating organizational transformation by increasing the percentage of women in management since its spin-off from Panasonic. However, due to the nature of the industry, we recognize that there is still room for improvement in company-wide gender diversity.

Taking these into consideration, i-PRO has positioned “geographic diversity" and "gender diversity" as the focus areas of our D&I, and has set goals at the corporate level to plan and implement measures. In addition, a D&I Leadership Team will be formed in each legal entity to set and follow up on D&I goals that meet the needs of each entity on an ongoing basis.

Environment Policy

i-PRO is a strong edge device backed by a history of technological innovation and quality pursuit for more than 60 years, and makes full use of advanced image analysis technology and AI to thoroughly "visualize" information that could not be grasped until now. By connecting that information to the customer's workflow, we aim to build a safe and secure foundation at all sites, from manufacturing, finance, medical care to retail, services, and public institutions.

In addition, in order to improve environmental performance through our business activities, we will continue to improve our environmental management system and fulfill our corporate social responsibility.

Specifically, we will continue to work on the following activities.

1.We will define environmental targets and strive to protect the environment and prevent environmental pollution.

2. We will endeavor to comply with environment-related laws, rules, ordinances, agreements, etc.

3. We will work on the following "environmentally important activities".
  1) Creation and provision of environment-friendly products and services
  2) Reduction of CO2 emissions when using products
  3) Reduction of CO2 emissions during activities at business sites and factories
  4) Effective use of energy and resources (including control of waste generation and emission)
  5) Appropriate management of product content and chemical substances used

4. Participate in environmental conservation activities

5. We will work to contribute to the local community.

6. This environmental policy will be made public (posted on the environmental website) both inside and outside the company.
